Mr.  Pollack represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright.  He brings to his clients practical, business oriented solutions based upon over three decades of experience handling IP issues for Sperry Rand, Litton Industries, Western Atlas and Unova.   

Mr. Pollack was educated at George Washington University Law School (LLB & JD 1961) and New Jersey Institute of Technology (B.S. 1954). He is a member of the American Bar  Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Licensing Executive Society.   

Mr. Pollack regularly serves as a faculty member on panels for Continuing Legal Education.
