Myles Alderman represents businesses and business owners, in business transactions, complex litigation, creditors rights and Chapter 11 reorganizations.    Based upon the review of lawyers and judges, he has earned  Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating  ("AV") and was ranked one of the top lawyers in Connecticut for Business Litigation and Business Bankrutpcy.

Myles is a member of  the Business Bankruptcy Law Section of the American Bar Association.  He  serves the Connecticut Bar Association as a member of:  the Connecticut Lawyer magazine's Advisory Committee;  the Professional Discipline Committee; Media and the Law Committee, the Business Law Committee, and the Executive Committee of the Commercial law and Bankruptcy Section. He is also a member of the Business Bankruptcy Section and the Uniform Commercial Code Section of the   American Bankruptcy Institute.   He also  serves the  community  as a member of the Human Rights Commission for the Town of West Hartford.

Myles was educated at  Syracuse University College of Law,  where he earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, in 1986.     While at Syracuse, he was elected Managing Editor, of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce and was awarded the L.F.E. Goldie Award for Outstanding  Scholarship.  He earned his Bachelor of the Arts from Kenyon College, Gambier Ohio in 1982 with a degree in Economics and Psychology, before studying post-graduate economics at Cambridge University, Cambridge England.
