Mr.  English was educated at Wheaton College (Norton, MA), where he graduated cum laude and earned the coveted scholar-athlete award.   He received his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law, where he was the recipient of the best oral argument award for his moot court argument.  While attending law school, Mr. English worked for Alderman & Alderman as a summer associate and as a legal intern.
 
A native of Connecticut, Ryan is a certified lifeguard, an avid skier and an outdoor enthusiast who previously served as recreation supervisor for the MDC.
