Of Counsel Attorney
COVID-19 has changed much about how
we practice law. Thankfully,
Alderman & Alderman had already invested in
the technology and platforms that would allowed
us to seamlessly continue to serve our clients
while working remotely.
Virtual conferences, secure sharing of sensitive
documents, remote notarization via video chat,
eSignatures on engagement letters and other
documents, electronic billing and processing
client payments remotely by eCheck or credit
card - We were ready.
What COVID=19 has not changed is the need of our
clients, and the need of new clients for our
services.
We take pride in delivering superior legal
services to our clients. We enjoy
practicing law with capable, dedicated
colleagues of high integrity with a shared
commitment to delivering Results Oriented Legal
Solutions.® We also believe that our
lawyers should be able to do work they
enjoy, should have time for the causes,
people and activities that enrich their lives
and should take home their fair share of the
revenue that they generate. We do not
expect our attorneys to share the same interests
and passions. We do expect our attorneys
to respect the passions and interests of their
colleagues.
We hope to return to Class A office space where
our lawyers and staff can work in the same space
again. But until then we will continue to
meet on video conferences and to provided
the tools and support our attorneys and
staff need to focus on serving clients
safely and efficiently.
While we recognize an AV rating from
Martindale-Hubbell, academic honors and/or law
review leadership as indicia of
capability, those are not the only metrics that
we will consider. Among other
metrics we may consider, is a demonstrated
history of establishing and maintaining
relationships with clients.
If you are a well-qualified attorney with a
practice that compliments our existing services
and would like to learn more, please send
a resume and cover letter to hiring@alderman.com,
