Attorney
We have an opening for a litigation attorney to
support our national Chapter 11 insolvency
practice, and our Connecticut
commercial litigation, complex litigation and ADR
practices.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong
legal research, legal writing and advocacy
skills, be admitted to practice before the
Connecticut Superior Court and be eligible for
admission to practice before, US District Courts.
Compensation: Competitive.

Paid Legal Intern -
Potential Summer Associate
We currently have an opening for a paid legal
intern for the 2022-2023 academic year to
primarily support our insolvency and commercial
litigation practices. The successful
candidate may also be considered for summer
associate opportunity for summer of 2023.
This internship is available to a current law
student who has successfully completed their first
year of law school or current first year law
students who have at least 12 months of experience
working as a paralegal in a Connecticut law firm
and a mastery of legal research may also be
considered.
Primary projects will include legal research,
drafting memos of law, assisting with discovery
and other duties similar to those performed by a
summer associate.
