Credit for Prompt Payment of Invoices:  Bills paid in full within 14 days by eCheck, ACH, or a cleared check will earn a credit of 5%.  (Prompt payment discount is not available for payments by credit card. Alderman & Alderman is not responsible for delays by USPS or other delivery services.)

 

Service Charge for IOTLA Trust Deposits:  For all IOLTA trust deposits, including retainers, there is a service charge.  For eChecks the charge is $3.00 and for credit cards the charge is 3.5%.  

Transaction Limitations:  Lawpay limits individual eCheck transactions to $5,000/transaction.   For payments above $5,000, Lawpay recommends processing one transaction per day.
