Our attorneys and staff enjoy practicing together in a small, AV rated, firm  with state-of-the-art support that allows us to focus on delivering Results Oriented Legal Solutions.  Most of our senior attorneys came from large, nationally recognized law firms or leadership roles of sophisticated corporate legal departments, however, we  recognize that there are bright, skilled, attorneys who practice to the highest professional standards who chose different paths for their careers.  There is no one path to success.   What we look for is demonstrated capacity for superior legal service to clients and conduct consistent with the highest of our profession's ethical standards.  

While her disability in 2006  prevented  Linda Alderman from continuing as managing partner of the firm she founded with her husband in 1992, her vision for the firm and its role as an employer for well-qualified lawyers free from racism, sexism or other unprofessional baggage remains a strong part of the foundation on which the firm is built.
